Using and electric mixer, combine the soften butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until it is all mixed.
Take each biscuit and roll it out to a thinner bigger circle.
Apply a small amount of the brown sugar/butter/cinnamon mixture to each biscuit. Smooth it out to the edges.
Roll each biscuit up into a log.
Spray non stick spray in a baking dish and line the dish with all of the logs. You will have 20.
**While that is baking in the oven make the icing.
Using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese, vanilla, and milk. Add powder sugar in by small increments until all has been added. Once the cinnamon logs are out of the oven and cooled slightly smear on top the cream cheese icing.
