8 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp salted butter
½ tsp season salt
½ tsp garlic salt
1 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp cold milk

Mix shredded cheese, flour, and salt in a food processor and pulse.
Cut butter into small cubes and add a few at a time, pulse between each until it is all added.
Add milk and pulse.
It should be forming into a dough ball. Pulse until it completed forms.
Move it to a slightly floured surface and use a rolling pin to spread out. You want it in a very thin layer because they will grow. Cut into squares or rectangles (or any shape you desire).
Bakc for 17 - 22 minutes.
